The present book incorporates three basic Maharashtra land laws i.e. Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966, Land Acquisition Act, 1894, and Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1866. An attempt has been made to explain each statutory provision in an easy and clear language for the purpose of understanding of the young students.
