 Quality check for packaging and shipping is compiled by the Zamwel for the customer satisfaction. If there is anything found improper with the products delivered by Zamwel, we will for sure resolve every issue.

Return & Refund Policy Conditions

  • 3 Days Return/Replacement Policy.
  • We only Return products if they are defective, damaged and different product from what was ordered, you should contact us on with details of the products and defect. If you are eligible, you can return/replace that product.
  • The customers will have to notify us about the defect or the damage within 48 hours from the receipt of the products. In case, if the customer fails to inform us within the due date, we reserve the right to reject or accept the request
  • If the mode of refund is by credit/debit card or Net Banking, Please allow 4 to 6 working days for the credit to appear in your account. For COD order refund will be initiated in customer’s Zamwel wallet.

How do returns work?

You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

1. Log into your Zamwel account

2. Go to My Orders

3. Click on ‘Return’ against the order you wish to return.

4. Fill in the details and raise a return request.

Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email/SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the ‘My Orders’ section of your Zamwel account.
